Stuff I Cook

Hi everyone! A few people have expressed interest in the things I cook. It's not that I'm a great cook. The reality is that I have several auto-immune diseases. One of them is Crohn's diseases which is an inflammatory bowel disease. I'm not going to elaborate on that...it's not fun or entertaining but I've been living with it for over 40 years and there are a lot of things I just can't eat. On the other hand, there are a lot of things I've figured out that I can eat so I thought I'd share some of my inventions with you.
