Panko and Parmesan Stove Top Chicken

I start with frozen chicken beasts. Truthfully they are really tough if you just cook them without tenderizing...get out your meat beater and take out all your frustrations on the chicken. Well, stop before if completely falls apart. Put the chicken in a ziplock bag and add enough panko crumbs to coat completely. Add a good shake of permesean. shake it all up really good. You can add other spices if you want. I add only salt and pepper.

You only need a little bit of oil to cook this. EEOV is best but i usually yes vegtable oil because I usually don't have olive oil. Cover as you cook and once it is browned on one side turn it over.

I always use a meat themometer to make sure that the chicken is all the way done. Sometimes I check three or four times before its' done.
